My orange male cat, who is 5 years old and neutered, is peeing in random spots outside of the litter box. I’ve done everything, including 4 different vets, pheromone plug ins, medicines, daily litter and box changes, different litter, adding multiple boxes in my house, EVERYTHING!!! I’m starting to get fed up with it, he has covered one of my corners in his pee and I’m having to kiss my deposit goodbye because his urine has blood in it and has stained the walls of the corner now. I’ve cleaned the spot with the ammonia blocker and enzyme cleaners that remove the stain and smell, yet he somehow still find the same damn spot every-time!!! It’s so FRUSTRATING!! Every vet I’ve been to has said he’s fine, he’s gotten a urinalysis, fluids, antidepressants, antibiotics, anti anxiety medication, a calming collar, pheromone plug ins for every square inch of my house, and even multiple litter boxes as per one of the vets’ recommendation. Even though there is blood in his urine the vets all say he’s fine, saying his tests all came back normal. His attitude is the exact same, no changes in behavior, and is still the sweet loving boy he is to me when I come home and he greets me. I’m worried and frustrated with him and all the vet visits, I mean I’m not made of money, so I’m starting to go into some vet bill debt from these visits. One vet even told me that maybe he just really hates me. But the thing is, he’s still so sweet and lays in my lap every morning and cuddles with me at night, he just pisses everywhere! I’ve found bloody urine in my sink, bathtub, and shower drains. Nothing about his environment has changed in 3 years, we’ve been in the same apartment, no new animals, no new humans around, same food, same litter, same EVERYTHING!!! He only recently started doing this about 5 months ago, and it’s been nonstop since it started… bloody piss everywhere and I’m gonna crash out. I’m at my wits end with my baby and I cannot do it anymore y’all. Please help me!!
