When will I receive my money back?
I got an email for the new PayPal pay in 4 option.
So I ordered some music from Warner, went through checkout, over to PP and was “approved”. I was sent back to vendor where I received a warning that it didn’t work. So back to PP and it says PP isn’t available right now but they took the money out already. I can’t dispute it because the transaction never went through.
When will I get my money back?
