KCL thinks I'm Under 18
In the email, it says my offer is conditional until my parents sign the consent form and will be withdrawn if it's not signed. I am 18 !! I've sent them a message on King's Apply about this. Is their admin really this bad?

I'm joining this year, is it normal to not have received any information about enrollment, timetable, modules, and university email yet ?
I was 50+ in the queue now im Im 600+ , are my odds of securing accommodation slim ?
Yesterday, I received a verbal offer and email from KCL clearing. I added them as my option as soon as it opened at 13:00 and emailed them my results (non-A-level). I haven't heard back and I am beginning to get worried, especially now as the offer deadline has passed. Is anyone else experiencing this?
Yesterday, my parcel was due to arrive. I had selected for it to be left in a safe place in my front garden because I needed to go to work, though I still had family at home who could bring it inside. As I was leaving for work, I saw the Evri driver parked on my street, eyeing my house while holding a parcel that looked like it could be mine. I pulled out of my driveway, but due to the awkward position the driver was parked in, I had to drive past his van slowly. Once I had passed him, I heard him shout, "fuck off."
Shortly after, he marked my parcel on the Evri app as "Unable to deliver today" and rescheduled it for Saturday (today). However, moments later, I noticed on the app that he had actually marked my parcel as delivered, despite delivering someone else's parcel to my address instead and a photo of a parcel that is not mine. I have contacted Evri and am currently waiting to hear back. This is the first time this has happened.
