So before inl didn't even know the concept of paid seats...but when I told one of my relative that I was getting hbtu cs(ai/ml) and whether I should keep it as a back up or not (in case I don't get anything better in josaa) he said that seats without tfw are paid seats...so I don't really know about paid seats..what are they and is that true that they are paid seats??

So I have been alloted cse (ai/ml) in first round of counselling...since it is a new branch...is it good...there is a chance of me getting cse as well...which would be better..?? Should I float or freeze

I have 64k crl rank and 19k obc nck rank (female) hs-up ..is it possible to get cse in hbtu?
