For those who have been to Taipei and stayed at Hotel Midtown Richardson, what are your thoughts?

We recently went to Taipei for the second time and booked this hotel because TikTok reviews made it seem really nice. However, when we arrived, it was honestly a disaster. Our first room had cockroaches, so we had to request another room. They allowed us to transfer, but the second room smelled like mold and felt very uncomfortable, almost like there were bed bugs. Even the hallway is so messy!

We were really disappointed because we expected a much better experience based on the reviews we saw online.
