i just bought the game, and went to play and before enter the menu appears "Error: no regions available" and closes the game. Wtf is that

Hi, so thats the problem. If i play on Altis, i create a new game, i edit the parameters and everything is fine. But i start a new game on another map, i edit the params and when i enter they are at default. Any fix?
