That you need to snack constantly, even if you're just running errands. Don't go more than an hour without eating because you'll get low blood sugar! Keep those purse/diaper bag/car snacks packed.

Hear me out. I know its hard to believe (for some) that she's back to her pre-GBS size, mainly because her face isn't as huge as it was then. But I think there's 2 things going on here.
1 - I don't think Alex carries as much weight in her face anymore.
2 - She edits the HELL out of her photos. Let's ignore for one moment that her wedding pic is also edited....do these two people really look that different? Almost 150 lbs between them different? The answer is no.
In the pic on the right, Alex/whatever app she uses, pushed her face up to hide her chins. That's why she has such a diamond shape in the pic. She also elongated her neck to hide that she's really a head on shoulders (we have pictures proving this). You can also see where she is erasing shadows/lines/rolls under her chin, because there's a line of lighter skin directly under her chin. There should be a shadow there, not a bright line. Ask yourself how contour works, its meant to mimic shadows, in this case the natural shadow under your chin. So why does our cosmetologist girly pop, who does contour her face, have a bright streak where her double/triple/quadruple chin should be?

I didn't see anything around in the reel that would indicate they took Anderson with them. There's her bag and Nancy's bag, no diaper bag or toys in sight. And if he is there, who's watching him while these 2 hags are filming their reel? This bitch is leaving her son in daycare so she can go to the beach with her mother

Hearing Alex talk about needing to get out of the house for her "mental health" immediately made me think that will be her excuse to have both kids in daycare. "Guyth my mental health is in a really dark place, moms need breaks so Snoelle will be in daycare starting at age 2 weeks."
Also, her saying she needs to get out of the house because she "works" from home....isn't the whole point of being an influencer that you can "work" from anywhere??? No one and nothing is making Alex stay at home!
