[3 YoE] SWE with one full time job, targeting big tech roles. Do my bullets have enough balance between impact, technical depth, and technologies used?

I've been in the same full time role in big tech since I graduated 3 years ago. Looking for a role at another big tech company. My bullets are pretty long but I want to make sure they explain the context of the project properly, while also selling my accomplishments and impact.

Some parts feel like word vomit to me

I sprinkled a few technology names in some of the bullets but I don't know if it feels like information overload to someone who's not familiar with the projects.

On PIP, I have 30 days of pay but no work. Coworkers are messaging me asking for help/updates on critical tasks.

I have 30 days where I'll technically be employed, will receive pay, but won't be expected to perform any work. This is what HR said. I still have Teams access, and my people are blowing up my phone asking for help or references with projects I was working on. I was the only person working on most of these projects, and the only person who knows what's happening. These are all critical tasks with imminent deadlines, and some of them are direct requests from a customer.

Since I don't have to do any work during this time, I could leave them completely out to dry. Is there any reason why I shouldn't do this, and at the very least send over docs/status updates/instructions on next steps?

The smartass thing would be to ask for consultant pay but I doubt my manager or company will agree to it.

[3 YOE] Software engineer looking for my second job after graduating. Worried my bullet points are too contextual

I've been at my first job for 3 years since graduating, large tech company. I'm looking for other software positions at FAANG or big tech.

Not sure if my bullet points explain enough context about what I was working on, or they depend too much on context. I want to make sure the impact and technical value is sold well. It feels like an intern's resume to me right now, not a full time engineer's resume.

I also don't know what to put for the sections below my full time job. I haven't touched those internship bullet points for four years, but a resume with only one thing on it looks awkward

Would appreciate any advice! Tia

Got pipped. I know that I deserve it, but I can't figure out how to do better

My past few performance reviews hadn't gone well. Each time I was a bit blindsided because I had paid attention to the feedback I got last time and tried to improve on those points. In my weekly 1:1s with my manager, they didn't indicate that they noticed any issues. During the performance reviews, when I asked them for direct advice on how to improve, they would just give me the runaround or get mad.

Looking back I understand what I did wrong in some of the situations they mentioned. But I'm worried that I won't be able to recognize similar situations in the future.

Here are some things that were brought up:

  • I identified a gap in our service and designed a project around it, manager signed off on it. After the initial design was laid out, we suddenly got a request from another team to handle edge cases for the project (basically the 10% of use cases that have a similar result as the other 90%, except with significantly different implementations). I switched gears to handle these urgent 10% edge cases. One month before the stakeholders' deadline, this other team got back to us and said that actually they need the project next week, and instead of one unique edge case they need three separate ones. I missed the new deadline by a week. My manager was pissed at me for missing this deadline, and also for delaying work on the non-edge case parts of the project.
  • Teammates wouldn't review code, project slipped past deadline
    • Manager gave me a project with a clear user story and deadline. After I presented the initial design, manager told me that the feature should be made generic and configurable so we can apply it anywhere. Except the old project and the new project fundamentally do different things - modularity wasn't the purpose of the original project. Deadline refused to extend deadline.
    • I finished the code changes before the deadline. My manager insisted that I publish all of the changes as one massive pull request - I warned that this would be very difficult to review, they said it was fine. Teammates didn't bother to look at the change or even let me know it was difficult to read.
    • This manager left the team, with them gone I broke the pull request into smaller, more reasonable changes and sent them out one at a time. My team still refused to look at my changes. I was tagging them in Teams, bringing it up during every stand up, DMing them, walking to their desks and asking them in person. They said "Yeah I'll get to it today sorry I've been busy" or straight up ignored my messages
    • We got a new manager who was angry that by this point the project had slipped 2 months past the deadline. I asked them how to get the team to review my code. They said "just ask people", I said that's what I had been doing, and they just got mad and said I needed to ask people for reviews

I don't want to sound too defensive of myself because I know I'm not a good engineer. But on the other hand, some of the things they claimed about me in these performance reviews were straight up lies. These are the two biggest things brought up during performance reviews, there are smaller criticisms as well but I don't want to make this post too long, happy to clarify the others.

So anyway they said that they were getting rid of my due to performance issues (apparently I had been on PIP since March, although nobody told me). I have two months of "employment" (receiving pay while not doing work) until I'm gone for good.

This is my first job out of college and I've been here for nearly 3 years so it's time to move on anyway. I want to make sure that 1. I can find a job somewhere else and don't get held back too much in my life/career, and 2. I don't fall into the same pattern again

[3 YOE] Software engineer looking for my second job after college. Do my current job's bullet points have enough context?

I've been at my first job for 3 years since graduating, large tech company. I'm looking for other software positions at FAANG or big tech.

I'm not confident that my bullet points explain enough context about what I was working on, especially because there are so many layers of my project being within a larger service which has a specific role within my company's product, etc. I want to make sure the impact and technical value is sold well. It feels like an intern's resume to me right now, not a full time engineer's resume.

I also don't know what to put for the sections below my full time job. I haven't touched those internship bullet points for four years, but a resume with only one thing on it looks awkward

Difference between พบ and หา?

I've seen มาหา for coming to visit someone at their house, but พบแพทย์ for meeting with the doctor

Can I say มาแพทย์ too?

Seller canceled the order because they didn't have the item, but order cancelation details say "Buyer requested to cancel"

After I paid for the order, the seller contacted me and said they didn't actually have the item and they would have to cancel the order. After they canceled, the order details say "Buyer requested to cancel". I don't want this to strike against my account or anything (also maybe it's against TOS to list an item for sale that you don't actually have in stock?)

Since the order has been canceled and refund is on its way, Ebay customer support won't let me contact them about the order
