[RU translation] Liar Game: The Last Game chapter 4 /Игра Лжецов: Последняя Игра 4 глава

Hey everyone!

I'm stepping in with a quick update. The Russian translation for this manga has completely stopped, and according to the scanlation teams, it won't pick up again anytime soon.

I’m not looking to become a permanent translator or work on other projects, so I won't be registering on any manga platforms. However, it was just too disheartening to see my fellow countrymen stuck without a way to read the continuation.

I love this manga and Kaitani's art style so much. I want the story to be accessible to everyone who loves it. Because of that, I invested my own time to make clean chapters, so people don't have to ruin their experience with awful screen translators on screenshots.

I translated this from English. Big thanks to the translator in this community! Your work made this possible.

Here comes everything I just said, but in Russian.

The Yokoya ASMR drop we’ve all been waiting for!

Well, almost. Just a small placeholder while the mod is cooking the actual whisper compilation. Hopefully, this holds us over for a bit. My headphones are ready! 😉

Just chilling on a soft couch with the girls 😊

Wanted to draw a little wholesome headcanon. After all the stress and mind games in the manga, they both deserve a peaceful evening with some tea and chips. Hope you guys like it!

He’s ready to strike. He’s ready to manipulate. He’s Yokoya.

Caught on camera thinking he’s the ultimate puppet master.

Honestly? Good for him, let the little mastermind have his moment.

A 10-year reflection on how Mystic Messenger saved me from myself (Happy Anniversary, RFA!) 💌 + Fanarts

Our fandom turns 10 today, and I'm feeling so soft.

Veterans, what’s your secret? What keeps you loyal to these characters after all this time? Newbies, how did you even stumble upon our little 2016 time capsule?

MysMe found me during my darkest days and became my ultimate safe space. The chatrooms gave me a sense of stability when my real life was falling apart. Looking back, two characters literally rewrote my fate.

  • Zen was my guiding light. He showed me what true confidence and strong morals look like. Because of him, I stopped being afraid of making mistakes. I learned that facing life's hardships head-on is way better than hiding in fear.
  • Jumin, on the other hand, was a direct attack on my ego—and I desperately needed it. Being a quiet, hyper-focused teen, I saw myself in him. Cold geniuses look cool in detective anime, but the game showed the reality: a man trapped in a lonely routine, unable to connect with humans, projecting all his love onto a cat because people are too scary. It was a mirror image of where I was heading, and it genuinely scared me. Jumin's route forced me to study psychology, make real friends, and actually touch grass.

In the end, a huge thank you to Cheritz for shaping who I am today. And a giant thank you to this fandom! You kept the game alive, read my thoughts, and inspired me to draw so much MM fanart back in the day. You helped me break out of my shell. Thanks to our collective efforts, now that I’m finally the same age as the characters... I didn’t turn into a grumpy cat mom.

P.S. Attached a few of my drawings from a couple of years ago! Swipe to see Yoosung dealing with the RFA older brothers, and Seven doing... well, exactly what Seven does best (being a living meme).

Love you all! 🎉

Sharing my old Yokoya art from 3 years ago to celebrate the anime adaptation!

I dug up this piece today because I’m still processing the fact that Liar Game finally got an anime. It feels amazing to see animated media where Yokoya isn’t aged up into a white-haired old man. He looks just like he should!

The reality of romancing severely burnt-out workaholics

I love this game, but the older I get, the more I realize how tragic their lifestyles are:

- Jaehee: Chronic overwork, no work-life balance, and zero ability to say "no" to tasks.

- Jumin: Completely addicted to corporate management, treating his entire life like a business contract.

- Seven: Driven by tight deadlines and high-stress missions, working until his brain literally melts.

- Zen: An intense overachiever who prioritizes his career over basic medical advice and safety.

The narrative heavily relies on MC performing free emotional labor, framing the management of their daily traumas as the basis for romance.

Which character’s unhealthy habits stressed you out the most during your first playthrough? Drop your thoughts below! 👇
