I have a backup of wahtsapp data in Gdrive. when I uninstalled and reinstalled whatsapp on same device, only photos I am able to recover. I get a message displaying " sorry unable to recover any chats"
what is the reason
how am I getting photos but not chats
someone please help these chats are very important to me and I have been trying for very long please
I have a Y31 2021 model which is around 4 years old.
it is running on Android 13 now ( out of the box 11)
battery capacity is bad but otherwise i dont do any gaming. only use whatsapp and google
now i need to download some apps for work which need security patch of Nov25. But this phone is not getting patch updates beyond 2024.
i have a lot of emotional attachment to this phone and dont want to give it away.
can anything be done other than buying a new phone? like if i take it to any vivo store will they help me ? any other option ? I am not great with tech ( obvious from what Ive said so far) but I want to try my best.
