As you previously know , I have made a post about my experiences . I was scared so I stopped the meditation. But now I thought to give it a try . I just lay on bed flat on my back and within 5 minutes I starts to feel a very weird sensation on my tongue ,it feels salty ,it is like when we touch a small DC battery on our tongue also tongue move in slow-motion on its own and I fell pressure on my throat. Sometime throat feel like a heart is beating in throat. Please guide me if anybody know what it is my previous post
