Nike 1985 Jordan Promo signed with discoloration- submitted to PSA- Value?

Hi, I apologize if I did not post this correctly, or create the topic correctly. I submitted this to PSA to get graded, and will be a few months until I get it back. I apologize that the front image is not great or has the full borders.

I bought this 1985 Jordan promo postcard on ebay signed about 20 years ago, wanted to just have it for myself... I saw online that a PSA 10 of this exact same postcard sold for over $30,000 of this card unsigned (which is technically a postcard from 1985) and a PSA 9 unsigned just sold for over $5,000.

Because i thought it wasn't worth much and would just hold onto it originally, i put a sticky tape over the upper left part of the card. I was trying to cover up the personalized "To Rafael." I peeled off the sticky tape carefully, but as you can see there is discoloration or darkness around where it says "To Rafael" in the upper left of the front of the card.

Basically, I am waiting to get the card back from PSA, but I was wondering how much that discoloration (from stickiness) on the upper left of the card (postcard) hurts the value. Also, how much does having the personalization "To Rafael" hurt the value? Or what do you guys think the overall value is?

Ironically, I met Jordan in person around 1990 at a Saturday night live rehearsal when he was hosting and got a 1989 fleer card signed by him. Unfortunately, I brought a terrible pen instead of bringing a new sharpie so that autograph was faded, so I gave that card away many years ago....

I am pretty sure the signature on this postcard is authentic...? What do you think?

Again, sorry if i submitted this the incorrect way or posted this incorrectly in some way, please let me know what you guys think the value is if it comes back as authentic signature? That would be factoring in the increase in value from the signature and subtracting the personalization "To Rafael" and the darkness around "To Rafael" which somehow came from removing stickiness (which no longer exists on the card), and also factoring that it is from his rookie year, 1985. thanks!
