Advice on Reta stack

So first two pics are me before in January & the last was met 2wks ago. I used to go to the gym and left heavy but my diet was trash. In January I made a decision to focus solely on Apple fitness+ workouts with HIIT & strength(dumbbells are my friends.) I’ve since lost 40lbs.

I started Reta 6 weeks ago at .5 and now I’m currently at 2.5 without any symptoms. I’m planning to go up 3 next week and add Tesa(10mg) + ipamorelin(3mg) in one vial.

What’s the starting dose for the tesa+ipa??
