Cadillac optiq surrounding camera recording
Hello everyone,
I have a 2026 Cadillac OPTIQ and I'm trying to get the Surround Vision Recorder / Recording App (dashcam feature) activated.
My dealer in the Greater Toronto Area is telling me they are not aware of the software update required for this feature. However, I've seen reports from other OPTIQ owners who received a Vehicle Wide Programming (VWP) update and telematics update that enabled the Recording App.
If anyone in the GTA has successfully had this feature activated through a Cadillac dealer, could you please share:
• The dealership name • The service advisor (if you remember) • Any bulletin number, update name, or work order description used
I'd like to ask my dealer to contact a dealer that has already completed this update.
