If someone drops out of the clg after 1st year do I have to pay only the 1st yr fee or whole 4year fees as penalty for comedk please clarify

i got 12k rank i m thinking of gettin mech here but reviews of that branch is pretty bad here thats why im little confused if seniors can clarify

i got 12k in comedk this year was my drop honestly i fucked up this year in jee coz of personal reasons i was scoring good in mocks but now imma confused should i take partial double drop or not just focus on college is it worth it i am pretty confident i can do good in jee next year but 2years gap and age factor is bothering me
