I’m done

I’m 2 weeks post op today and I’ve only lost 5kgs. This is stupid and isn’t working. All this soup and shakes and for what! In the last 3 days I’ve lost 0.2kgs…. I’m starving.

What will happen if I just eat some noodles or pasta and chew it really well!!

Failing the pre-op diet

So I was pretty close the first 3 days only and extra egg and shake but the last couple of days I’ve been having extra shakes and protein bars like - lots extra! My pre op diet is shake for breakfast, shake and 2 cups of veggies, dinner 100gms of protein and 2 cups of veggies… 1 week of this. I’m due on Tuesday morning. 3 days.. SW88kgs so I’m on the lower end with BMI of 35. Will I still make surgery. How did everyone else go. This seems impossible!

What to say?

I’m a Christian so I’m convicted not to lie or be deceptive. I also reallllllly don’t want to tell people what I’m doing or have done once I loose weight. I’m 37f cw88kg. GS due 23/6/26. Did people ask you things like “how did you do it?” Etc. what do people say? Has anyone else avoided telling people? Can you share any tips here? I’m really excited to be doing this to help me gain control for long enough to set new habits. I already exercise daily but my portion sizes need to change. Diets don’t work. Anyway, my main thing is, I really don’t want to tell people I had surgery.
