I made a small selection of the cozy/wholesome ones :)

Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise (wholesome puzzles and mystery 95% positive)
Operation: Tango (coop spies! very good looking, 91% positive)
Agent of Veil (puzzles & mystery, not out yet but there's a demo!)
The Abbess Garden (spy plot + gardening in 17th century, 91% positive, this one is mine!)

Also, if you know other indie games that are cozy and have spies, I'm curious!!! Please share :)
