Hi everyone!

I'm 14 years old from India, and for the past few months I've been working on a snack brand that I genuinely want to turn into a real business one day.

I've already:

Created the branding and packaging concept.

Written a product brief.

Decided on my first flavour.

The product is a baked snack with a creamy (not liquid) filling. It's a concept I've been thinking through carefully, and I'm trying to understand how products like this are actually developed and manufactured.

Right now I'm stuck because:

I only have about ₹3,000.

I don't know whether I should hire a food technologist or approach a manufacturer with in-house R&D.

I'm unsure how much product development typically costs.

I don't know what the best order is for things like trademarks, FSSAI, manufacturers, R&D, and launching.

I'm not looking for someone to build the product for free. I'm looking for honest advice from people who've started food brands, worked in food R&D, or manufactured snacks.

If you've been through this process, what would you do if you were starting from scratch with almost no budget?
