In theory is a long range (80-100yds) pick 6 easier than a short range to medium range 30-80yds) pick 6?
A thought I had while watching clips today.
On the long distance pick 6s the defender catches the ball then runs past 2-3 guys and is gone for the next 80 Yards. On medium range it’s a longer pass, for example the 25 with the ball thrown to the 50. Defender catches the ball and has to dodge the same 2-3 guys while the rest of the offense has time to shift and give him another 2-3 guys to dodge down the line.
Any thoughts?
Epilepsy at work
How do you all deal with discussing epilepsy at work?
I had a manager and a coworker unfortunately witness this for the first time. I know I shouldn’t feel bad for making them experience this but I do.
In my post seizure confusion I refused a ride home from the manager and literally ran out the front door to find an uber/taxi on my own at 4am.My phone then died and sent my gf into a panic because she tried calling me after a text I sent her about the seizure and she couldn’t reach me or find me on the “find my” app on iPhone. I then proceeded to stumble through Boston for an hour before finally making it home. If you would like to dm me I’ll send screenshots of the pure nonsense texts I sent that caused my gf a panic to help provide more insight.
I just want to not have my coworkers or people important to me to have to deal with these issues.
Any advice on either with dealing with immediate post seizure phase or how to not feel like a fucking burden to people I care about would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Epilepsy Sucks
I had another nocturnal seizure a few days ago and honestly the worst part isn’t even the actual seizure it’s how worried and concerned my friends and family get.
I know it’s because they all care about me but I hate seeing the pain on their faces and hearing the pain in their voices when they talk to me about it.
Sometimes I just feel broken and like a burden to those around me and just wanted to vent here.
Dinner is my mom’s college recipe of pan fried chicken then covered in cream of chicken and shredded mozzarella baked in the oven, with white rice on the side.
