Happy hour restaurants
What are some good happy hour restaurants for food?
Not so much interested in drinks, but food at discounted prices during the day.
If you know a place - when did you visit and how would you rate the food?

I'm probably going to sound clueless, but I could do with some advice...it's my first time ever claiming JSA, after 20 years of full-time employment; I worked a regular 9-5 office job, I'm based in England.
I resigned earlier this month, 5 weeks into a new job. Reason: the hiring manager left a week after I joined, and the role differd from what I'd been led to expect. I raised this informally with the interim manager but we couldn't agree on a way forward, so I resigned and I've been applying for jobs since.
I have my first Jobcentre appointment next week, but I recently read that voluntarily leaving work can result in receiving a high-level sanction:
Should I attend and proceed with the claim, or skip it and claim later e.g. if I'm still unemployed after 3-4 months?
Does a sanction have any lasting impact beyond losing JSA during the sanction period? Is it a stain on your record of any kind?
What are you required to do during the sanction period?
I'm really unsure whether to proceed or wait. Job market is rough, so I might very well up being unemployed for a while.
This is my first time ever claiming JSA (after 20 years of continuous full-time employment). I worked a regular 9-5 office job. I'm based in England.
I resigned from my job earlier this month after 5 weeks, which was within the probation period, because the hiring manager left a week after I joined and the role turned out to be somewhat different from what I'd been led to expect. I raised all of this with the interim manager in 2 informal meetings, but we couldn't agree on a way forward, so I felt the best option was to resign and immediately being looking for another role.
I have my first Jobcentre appointment next week. However, this evening I came across some articles that led me to believe that claiming could result in a high-level sanction for voluntarily leaving work.
Should I attend and proceed with the claim, or skip the appointment and claim later...maybe if I'm still unemployed after 3 or 4 months?
Does a sanction have any lasting impact beyond losing JSA during the sanction period, which I understand can be up to 91 days?
Really not sure what to do here.
