What does resolving a claim as a "true dispute" mean?
I was stopped at a stop sign and a truck turned into my lane and hit me. The driver lied to insurance and said we were both moving and hit each other. My insurance said because there is no evidence to prove who is right they are resolving my claim as a true dispute and that I still have to pay half of my deductible. Does this mean I will be found partially at fault? Will this go against me in any way or in any record?
