Is There Any Validity or Plausibility to These Claims

This has been bugging me for the past few days. I understand that this is some unknown persons claims, but I was wondering if there is any way this actually could've taken place and been unknown.

Growing up my mom never played Michael Jackson in our house and I never understood why until I was older. Her best friend's stepson spent time around him as a child and the family says he was sexually abused. A nonprofit connected to their family had reached out asking if he would contribute a song to a charity album supporting music programs for kids, and he agreed. They were blown away a global celebrity would notice them. That's actually how grooming often works. It doesn't start with harm. It starts with trust. He built trust not only with the child but also with the parents so they felt safe allowing access. The family pursued legal action and the case was resolved and closed through a settlement. People always ask why families settle, but going up against a celebrity isn't just a legal battle, it's public opinion, fans, media, and a person people feel emotionally connected to. Our brains form familiarity with celebrities because we grow up hearing their music and seeing them everywhere, so it feels like we know them. That familiarity can make people defend the celebrity before listening to the people who say they were hurt. Other men have also shared similar alleged experiences, including Wade Robson and James Safechuck. I'm not telling you how to feel bout the music. I'm asking you to understand why survivors are often dismissed and why families sometimes stay quiet. Abuse by powerful people often looks like kindness first. Please listen before immediately protecting.

Could he really have privately settled and have it not been discovered through investigation? I am not familiar with laws and everything around settlements, so I didn't know if this was a possibility. Also, wouldn't there be/is their record of him contributing a song to a charity album? It isn't here but she says this took place at Neverland which leaves a relatively small window of time, somewhere between 1988-1992/3.

Somewhat Random Question

Hi! I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask this question, but I was looking for someone that would have more information on this subject from either an investigative or legal standpoint. I have recently been doing research on the Michael Jackson case and the allegations out against him. In doing so, I stumbled upon someone who claimed she had a family friend who had been invited to Neverland. It was before the 1993 allegations and Michael didn't move into Neverland until mid 1988, so it would've taken place during that time. However, he toured lots during those years, so the timeframe may have even looked different to that. She is claiming that friend was invited, abused, and the family took legal action against Michael. She says that the family ended up settling due to not wanting to be put out into the spotlight. However, no prior settlement has ever been found during the 10 years of investigating that took place, some of which were assisted b the FBI. If a settlement had occurred, would police not have found evidence of this during their investigation? Is that really something that you are able to conceal that well? I am sorry if this question doesn't fully make since as I was struggling to phrase my question, but I was just curious if a secret settlement such of that could take place and the police have not been able to find evidence of it during their investigation.

Question Regarding the Micheal Jackson Allegations

Hi! I apologize if this isn't the correct place for this question, but I am just so unfamiliar when it comes to the possibilities of the investigative and legal aspects of this case. Theoretically, if he had settled with a family before the initial 1993 allegations, wouldn't the police have discovered that at some point during the 10 year investigation? I am not familiar on the details of settling with someone, but wouldn't it have to leave some form of evidence that the investigators would find? I saw someone claiming that their family friends had taken legal action but ultimately settled with him over allegations before the 1993 case, but I didn't see how that could be possible and have not been discovered by police.

Lauren Weis

Why does Lauren Weis claim that Jordan's description matched the photos they took? A few others on. the side of the prosecution have also claimed in recent years that it matched, and Carl Douglas referred to it as the "300lb gorilla in the room". Why didn't that result in an arrest if it matched? Additionally, why wasn't it used then in the trial? Also, were the photos used as evidence during the 1994 gran jury hearings?

Cascio Case

Can someone fully explain the Cascio family situation to me? I have seen so many differing accounts floating around. For example, I saw someone say that the estate approached the Cascios in 2020. Why would they approach them and offer to give them money? I also read somewhere that the Cascios only agreed to meet in swimsuits so they couldn't be taped, is this true?

Who Is Daphne Barak?

I saw a instagram post she did post-interview with the Cascios and in the caption, she mentions Latoya, says that they are "good friends" and says "She has been dealing with challenges I am not allowed to talk about. She shared it only with us and few people. I hear u! You know where I stand re victims!! I just say that we can not judge others until we get the full picture." In addition, she tags Latoya and says "we told you".

Does anyone know more about her connection to Latoya? Are they really that close? Does Daphne have a history with Micheal or any of the other Jacksons?
