how to know if it’s a conditional offer

hey yall I got offered admission for a program that is a post grad program , but I am still finishing up my degree and I just realized that I might actually fail one course that’ll delay my graduation from my degree. No where in my offer letter does it state that it’s conditional though, so how would I know if this is a conditional offer ?

Fatigue on meds (cabergoline)

I am on my second week of 0.5 once a week cabergoline.

I’m 25 F diagnosed with a micro prolactinoma (0.8mm)

For prolactinoma symptoms i was only facing the low estrogen that threw my cycles off track, and weight gain.

My endo told me though that my weight gain isn’t from the prolactinoma because they don’t cause that.

Anyways i’m just bringing more context to my current dilemma, my fatigue is sooooo high. Higher than its ever been on this medication, I don’t think the actual tumor has made me as tired as I am when I wake up in the morning on this medication

does it get better and more tolerable? I mean I can tolerate it i’m just tired
