Loner Cory?

I have 3 corydoras and one of them totally isolates themself :(

I have 2 bronze and one albino…
The albino one is who hides by himself most the day!!

The others try to hang out with him and are extremely social but he seems to prefer being alone?

Is he rejecting them or is he lonely??

Strange white bumps on fish?!

So my boy (cheese) gained his usual breeding stars but they’ve recently changed this past week?

They’re still there?? It’s been 2 weeks now? Is that overly a long time?

BUT!!! His front swimming fins have ALOT of spots on them which have started to become fuzzy? And just seems to be getting worse!

Ive also noticed 3 days ago he developed 2 very strange (blister looking) lumps on the very top of his back left fin????!!!!!
WHAT IS IT!

I’ve given all 3 fish a salt bath the day I found out and kept him in a little longer than the others…
I changed 50% of the fish tank water including a gravel clean….
I also put anti fungul and anti bacterial fish medicine in the tank the day after…

Nothing has changed what should I do?

I absolutely love and adore my babies, would appreciate absolutely any help and advice!!!!

What’s this guy?

What bird is this?
I’ve always called them chipchips cause their whistle noise.

The photo is from a few months ago but I just remembered about it… he/she flew into my bedroom window one day and couldn’t find his way back out…
It was surprisingly friendly as it kindly asked for some help on finding the way out and let me pick them up to take outside… not injured whatsoever he flew away happily .

Help! Swimming with one fin?

He’s so so red! I did a huge water change today and I was told by the pet shop to leave it for a week and bring back the water to test after

I done a tank change and he’s gotten even redder and is only swimming with one fin WTF!!!!!

The water is also super cloudy! But I think that’s because I got new sand in the tank and whenever I clean it gets really cloudy… is that the problem

Please does anyone know what the problem is and what I should do??? I don’t wanna wait a week and possibly loose him :(

These are so sad wtf

Was just looking for some tank decoration and plant inspired but found these instead, this is like 5% or what I actually found…

please always research about ANY PET you’re wanting wayyy before you actually get it, just so you can get a proper understanding for their care!

What’s causes this redness?

Is this normal or is this bad???
Is it just him growing up
Or could he be sick

I noticed my tank water is also a little cloudy now that we moved houses? Could that be it???

The skin is starting to reden at the top fin too

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Fin rot???

I need some advice please!

I’m almost certain this is fin rot?
I just moved houses and moved the fish into our new place a few weeks ago…
I discovered that my fishies fins are looking a bit rough!!
So I’ve given them all a salt bath and have been doing 25% water changes every second day.

I noticed about after a week that they actually got worse! So I added aquarium salt into their tank and have continued the 25 % water changes and continuing with the aquarium salt.

They’re super lively and happy and are eating perfectly well! Am I doing this wrong?

Please if I could get any advice on what i may be doing wrong and what to possibly do.
I’m really worried about my babies and don’t want anything happening to them.

Itch or breeding spots?

Just got home from a trip and my partner has been tanking good care of my fish!

(Ik I need to vaccine the tank! I took this as soon as I got home from my trip)

A couple days ago my partner told me and I thought it was white spot from the video I got sent

Now that I’m home and seeing it in person I think it may not be itch as it’s only on the male and not the female

It’s quite a lot tho and it’s alll overrrrr his face??? Could this be itch or breeding stars

Or even something else entirely

They have all been eating very well and are all lively,
I noticed after a a while of watching them that my male seems very sexually active at this moment…

Please help! He’s never had these spots before so I’m worried that he’s sick!!!!

Glass surfing

So I’ve owned a single cory in a tank with 3 goldfish for atleast 2 years now. When buying him I was told he’d be fine to stay alone with the goldfish?

recently Ive noticed him skimming along the glass and sometimes quite frantically!! Through some research Ive found that they infact SHOULDNT be alone at all and definitely needs some friends!!!

Now realising I’ve been caring for him incorrectly and I feel terrible!!

I need help…
How many Cory friends does he need minimum?

Can he be in the same tank as the goldfish? They’ve never had any problems before.

Really Cold tank at night!

I own a 2 black moors, an oranda and a Cory (in one very large tank)…

I currently am living in a shed and the insulation isn’t the best, this winter has been ridiculously freezing and I’ve woken up the past two nights seeing my fish tank covered in condensation due to the cold weather.

I live in QLD Australia. During the days their water temperature is fine and they’re swimming lively, but at night time my Oranda gets cold and slow, he sometimes tends to hide at the filter (I believe he’s seeking warmth)

I’m planning to get a water heater, although I don’t want them to be too warm during the days?

Should I get a heater and only have it running when it’s too cold?

I also know that the Blackmoores have different temperature liking then the Oranda and Cory.

What is a safe temperature for them to all be comfortable and happy.
