I've been obsessing over a problem I keep seeing in this community: nobody tells you what to eat around your shot schedule to minimize gastrointestinal side effects.
Day 1-2 after injection? Your stomach is wrecked. Day 5-6? Suddenly you're hungry again and have no idea how to hit your protein without undoing everything.
I'm building a simple app that syncs your meal plan to your injection cycle. Lighter, easier foods on shot day, protein-focused meals when your appetite comes back. The goal: less nausea, less muscle loss, more consistency.
No calorie counting. No tracking. Just: "here's what to eat today, given where you are in your week."
Still early, nothing to download yet. But I'd love to know: What's the hardest part of eating on GLP-1 for you? And would something like this actually be useful?
