A lot of people think that any time this kind of thing pops up, it’s weird and bad, but it’s only weird and bad if the older person reciprocates the feelings, which is VERY bad. But it’s very normal IRL for younger people to crush on older people, it only becomes problematic when it’s not one-sided

Dipper and Wendy (Gravity Falls) Dipper has a huge crush on Wendy for most of the series but Wendy just tells him in a nice way that they won’t be together and they can just remain platonic friends. Dipper then grows and realizes this, he stops obsessive over her and they still remain good friends

Becky’s crush on Loid (Spy x Family) Becky has a huge crush on Loid Forger, Anya’s father, and she has these funny crushing on him moments, but nobody besides her takes it seriously. Loid, Yor and even Anya just look at her like she’s being a silly kid doing silly kid things and ignore it and nothing ever happens

Johnny And May (Guilty Gear) May has a huge crush on Johnny, since she was a kid but Johnny never reciprocates the feeling at all because he basically adopted her as a kid. Whenever May crushes on him, he just tries to change the conversation or brush her off lightly

Faust’s Overdrive Bonecrushing Excitement (Guilty Gear Strive) A character named Faust, for his special move, grabs a wheelchair and rams it into the opponent’s shin. The funny face the receiving character makes in response to the pain is different for each character

Kirby’s swallow mechanic (Super Smash Bros) Kirby will swallow the opposing character and be able to use their abilities. He also cosplays as the character he swallows

Rouge’s absorb (Marvel Rivals) Similar to Kirby, she absorbs the opposing character’s power, theres also a unique voice line for each character she absorbs

Mulan (Mulan) Disguises herself as a guy so she can fight in the war and protect her family

Zelda/Sheik (The Legend of Zelda) Disguises herself a Sheik, a male Sheikah to hide from Ganondorf

Mizu (Blue Eyes Samurai) Disguises herself as a guy just to survive in the heavily misogynistic 17th century Japan

Charles Smith (Red Dead Redemption 2) one of the best characters in the game. He’s has unwavering loyalty to Arthur, he’s super competent at everything and he’ll always come in clutch with the best saves.

Arthur: “Will you ride with me?”

Charles: “Always”

Rebecca (Cyberpunk Edgerunners) She is extremely loyal to David, she loved him but he never reciprocated the feelings back because David loved Lucy instead. But even then she remained loyal to David and tried very hard to save his mental state, she is a real G.

Leorio (Hunter x Hunter) He may not be as good as a fighter as Gon, Killua and Kurapikabut he always sticks with them through thick and thin. He always comes in clutch is many situations helping out the group in ways that doesn’t involve fighting. The best part about him is when he gave Gon’s dad a well deserved punch

Mordecai (Regular Show)

Instead of tying the knot with an established character like Margaret or CJ, in the final episode, he meets this bat lady named Stef and they marry and have children, it all happens in a few seconds and this scene is the first time we see her, and the last

Choji and Karui (Naruto/Boruto)

In the timeskip into Boruto, he marries and has a child with Karui of the Lightning village. Karui is not a nobody as she has a decent amount of screen time but people considered it an odd choice since before this, Choji and Karui have never met each other. All their romance was developed off screen. I think it’s an interesting choice and because most people don’t end up with their childhood friends

Jack-O Valentine (Guilty Gear) She has a split personality, one serious and the other is just a goofy cartoon character who loves candy. In-game her animations feel straight out of a cartoon and she is really expressive.

Jessie (Pokemon) She’s just the lady equivalent of a mustache twirling, Saturday morning cartoon villain who wants to be bad but sucks at. She has an abundance of comical, cartoony moments and in Sun and Moon they amped it up to 11, her facial expressions are gold

Doronjo Yatterman (Yatterman) She’s alot like Jessie, I wouldn’t be surprised if Pokemon took inspiration from Doronjo for Jessie. She’s also the girl in the team of two guys that is comical villain who fails all the time and has many comedic moments

Leon Kennedy (Resident Evil) This guy is serious when he needs to be, but when he opens his mouth, he’s a complete dork. His lines are so corny that’s it’s hilarious

She genuinely loves her two Eels and she crashes out during the final battle when they die

General Grevious (Star Wars The Clone Wars)

Okay this is more so specifically just this scene because Greivous absolutely hates the droids, but this one scene where his pet alien monster Gor dies, Grievious is genuinely sad, you can hear him whimper when he says “Gor…?” And then he yells in anger
