Long story short, bought a TV with a Tesco Marketplace retailer, didn't like it, sent it back, they received the item back and haven't given me a refund despite having it for 9 days now.

Have contacted the retailer who are stalling, and Tesco said contact retailer, but offered to step in and help three days ago but now Tesco seem to be stalling. I want to take this further

My question is who is my contract with? Tesco Marketplace or the seller?
