Most of the packages I’ve had from UPS move over the weekend but this one hasn’t moved at all since Friday night just confused as to why it’s not moving when my other packages have moved over the weekend.

I was charged brokerage fees on a package coming from the US to Canada but the package is still well inside the United States why was I charged border crossing fees if it hasn’t even crossed? Has it crossed and is just not
