What do I do now?
I'm making a soldering heat plate out of a cheap PTC 400W heating aluminium plate controlled by a solid state relay, which I'm going to monitor with the 10K thermistor connected to the Arduino Nano. The low voltage is going to be created with HLK-PMO1 220ac to 5v DC. As safety measures I'm going to add two fuses: one for high voltage slow blow 2.5A(PTC plate uses around 2A) and for the low voltage fast blow(1A).

For the cable I will use 16awg silicone cables.
Also wondering how do I secure the thermistor to the PTC heater? I ordered a kapton tape but that alone won't be enough.

Thanks in advance!
maybe it's time to start using PCBs
