Just really bummed about egg retrieval results

Just had my second retrieval. I’m 41, no medical issues. My first cycle was

Eggs - 16
Mature - 13
Fertilized - 10
Blasts - 4
Euploids - 1

Quality is clearly and issue. This time we had

Follicles - like 18+ but all over the map with size
Eggs - 9
Mature - 5
Fertilized - 4

The rest is TBD. But given my attrition funnel last time, it’s just looking so bad. I’m so sad. This is likely our last attempt. I’d feel better if I could just keep doing cycles but my husband says he’s done. This is so hard.

Just had my baseline for my second cycle (1 month after my first). AFC 8, AMH 1.0 and 1 13mm follicle on day 3. Is this all bad news? Am I destined for a bad cycle? I feel pretty crushed tbh. Financially this is probably our last and I’m just crushed.

I’m starting at a new clinic (CNY) and am confused about their suggestions. For reference, I am 41, AMH 1.4, AFC, 12. Last cycle I retrieved 16 eggs, 13 mature —> 4 blasts, 1 euploid.

They want to start priming with estrogen and progesterone and omnitrope on day 4 of my cycle for 2 weeks. Then do stims.

This doesn’t make sense to me because I had a good number of eggs last cycle. It’s the quality that I struggle with. I don’t want to end up one of those people that does worse with priming. I feel like my body already makes eggs and they were pretty in sync. Also, the day 4 start is much different than what I read on here and other sources (luteal start).

As for the omnitrope, that seems great. I’m on CD 25, I wish I started it a few days ago. Seems like I should have done Omni for 2 weeks before stims? Or at least CD 21?

They have also said I can choose whether I prime or not. Seems like CNY has us make a lot of decisions but I don’t know what is best.

Thoughts? Any help would be really appreciated!!
