After consulting a dealership they gave me an update for the engine that can be equipped with electrical starter. The only concern is the cost which is a high as getting a new engine, around 500+ €!

I strongly believe that they will fit the parts from engine model K7000HD which has the electric starter and comes as a factory solution for Bertolini/Nibbi walking tractors and put them on the recoil engine model K7000HDR.

I also contacted another technician which suggested me to swap engine from diesel to gasoline with a new Loncin G270F.

As a last word the dealer said that won't do the job fitting for the electrical starter.

What do you suggest?

I have this tiller for a couple of months now and have experience some problems with the engine which is the EMAK 7000 HDR.

The first problem is that it is very hard to start it from the recoil. Have asked some technicians to install electric starter and have replied that it is more cheaper to install a new engine than install electric starter!

The second problem is that a few days ago the recoil broke the spring and was unable to find a part that fits which means that have to contact the local importer which asks for 100€ for the part and pre-order it as they don't have stock!!

I've seen recoil starters with hand crank that fits various engine types diesel or gasoline.

Has somebody experience with them if they work as they should and if they are easy to install and fit?

The last thing I am considering is changing the engine with a better one perhaps a Honda or Robin/Subaru gasoline as they are more trustworthy.
