Stolen tools

Hello everyone.

An coworker of mine was at a house just off Acadia in Maple Ridge this afternoon around 4 pm doing some plumbing work.

While he had walked back inside, two east indian males broke into the back of his truck and stole all of his Milwaukee tools and his Milwaukee pack out kits. When he came outside he saw them loading it into the back of this Mitsubishi.

Police report has been filed, but as you are well aware that's not likely to get his tools back.

These tools may not be covered by insurance and he may be out of pocket for their replacement at significant cost.

If anyone recognizes this vehicle, or sees something suspicious being sold etc please reach out to the police, or comment on here locations.

Hello,

I'm trying to understand what's required for cutting in an exterior door to the basement of my home.

The basement is what I would call semi walkout. The dirt on the end of the house is only about 3 feet from the concrete to the top of the dirt, so I wouldn't be digging down far.

I want to understand what it would entail, including requirements for load supports etc.

Any wisdom would be appreciated, I understand specifics will change.
