I’m in week 2 of delivering and have learned a lot from this community. I’m trying to do my part and only accept reasonable offers. However, this morning I got the same offer sent to me 5 times. It’s was $6 to go 22miles. Worst part is, they only increased the offer to $7 over the 5 times. Is my only option to go offline when they do that? It was literally the only offer I was getting and I live in a large city.

I have my emergency fund in SNSXX and SCHO. However, my state might be moving away from income tax. I’m wondering what is the popular consensus on here now that fractional shares have come into the mix at Schwab.
