Is this hail damage or something else?

We had a hail storm last night, i’m not sure if this is from hail or what. Is this something a paint correction could fix? There’s no denting from what I can feel.

Hail storm last night, is this hail damage or am I going crazy?

I’ve put photos in the comments! We had 1inch hail last night, but the car isn’t dented. Just these little marks throughout the car. I’m not sure if i’m delusional. Is this worth an insurance claim? Is this easily fixed?
