Hi, I'm from Europe and will be travelling in Asia soon and thought about getting a VPN, but I also need an eSim, that will give me an asian phone number. I've tried to get info on the matter but i couldn't find any, so, my question is :

if my eSim provides me an Asian phone number, does my Android VPN hides that number and / or still locates me in Europe? is there any way to effectively "hide" this asian number or do i have to switch on my European physical sim when i get calls from Europe ?

Hi, I've been encountering on the team game ladder a chinese player who has an annoying habit of resigning at the very start or 6 to 10 min into games. I've been trying to "ban" him in the player lobby at the end of game, but somehow they keep being drafted in my player lobby games. Is there any way to ban him from playing with me / against me again ?

last game he killed his own vills on nomad, we still won 3 v 4 but somehow he still got elo from this ://
