I want to do btech biotech with best possible lab facilities, infrastructure and with little affordable fees around 6-7 lacs. I had PCB in +2 so for what cllg should i apply anyone tell me the best possible option as i already missed deadlines. ( I'm from UP )

This was my first drop but couldn't make it (prepared for neet 2026 online ) gave IAT still didn't make it .but i always wanted to do research no matter what ..i want IISER at any cost next year . Now with my last IAT attempt I'm taking partial drop with either Bsc/BAMS.

Help me what should i do ????
