also the designation is not cleared yet i have 2.6YOE as Associate analyst from Deloitte can I expect consultant level?

I have total 2.6 years of relevant experience from Deloitte USI and I have my initial interview in EY (UK client project so it means EY GDS?)hiring manager was impressed and he gave me positive response. He said HR or Manager can call me for further discussion so I am counting on this. How much salary can I expect with this experience? I am aiming for 12-15lpa but HR initially mentioned she can do 8.5 please help guys..

Hello, it’s been a month to my first round of interview at MBRDI I have cleared technical, Manager and DGM rounds. After DGM round they set up a stakeholder interview but that got cancelled after that HR didn’t call. I reached out to him but he said some confirmations are pending and he will confirm within a day or something.. it’s been 2 weeks now he didn’t reach out to me. he didn’t even answer my call this week.. I am so worried every round went well and even they are very interested in me suddenly this pause is scary.. is it normal?? does HR generally do that??? anyone from MBRDI please help
