Good moisturizers to pair with tretinoin?

Trying to find a moisturizer that is non-comedogenic and won’t break me out. While supporting my skin-barrier and not making my skin greasy as I have combo to oily skin. Just having a hard time finding a universal one? My current is the Dr. Althea 345 cream which isn’t bad however my breakouts have not fully subsided. I tried the 147 cream but that one made me breakout more so will be dropping that one from the routine. Tried the Aestura 365 moisturizer one too a while back and that one gave me a horrible rash. Any recommendations or suggestions I would appreciate sincerely.

[Skin routine] Would like thoughts/recommendations

This is my current routine surrounded around using Tretinoin and Azelaic Acid twice a week since 6/19. What do you guys recommend or any thoughts/tweaks. I’m hoping to clear up my remaining breakouts with both products. While, also improve my scarring and getting the anti-aging benefits. I have oily/acne-prone skin so i just wanna make sure I’m keeping my barrier intact and keep the routine simple and clean.

[Product Question] Could these be the culprits to my neck irritation?

In the last month I recently switched to Aestura Auto barrier 365 moisturizer and thought it was the culprit for giving me irritation/red patches on my neck. Well flash forward to today and I also switched sun screens to using EltaMD UV Clear sunscreen and wondering if maybe that is what was irritating it? If anybody has any thoughts please share. I would appreciate it.

Thoughts on my forehead scarring.

My dermatologist recommended either more C02 laser on my forehead or Botox, for my scarring and said she could not put filler. What do you guys think? She said the Botox would only last three months though?
