my phone got stolen 2 day back,im in need for a phone specially one plus,my budget is 19000-20000,need a good flagship in this price

i know they are a gang,but i need to take immediate action as im a college student and that mobile was purchased by my parents with their hard earned money,did all FIR complaint,but police wont take action till its not an important case please help if you can
