Hi everyone. So today I went to my local med spa to get a facial. I wrote in the notes when I booked the appointment that I am breastfeeding, and I also mentioned it a ton at my actual appointment. The esthetician reassured me that the products used are breastfeeding friendly. She sold me the Zo Skin Health Kit for redness relief and when I got home, I decided to check the kit to make sure it really is safe. Upon researching, I found out 2 of the products are not breastfeeding friendly. And I honestly don’t know every product she used on my skin today. I want to trust that my facial was safe for breastfeeding, but I’m truly panicking.

Has anyone listened to the podcast Amanda was just on? (After Bedtime with Big Little Feelings). Curious to know everyone’s thoughts.

From what I’ve gathered, she basically said that she was thrown into the casting process through one of her clients that does her manifestation classes. She was not a Bravo fan whatsoever before being casted, so she said she didn’t know much about the show at all. It’s almost like she didn’t want to be a cast member but was just like “ok whatever I’ll try it” She also said that she was trying to be her authentic self on the show. She’s all about empowering women, and she feels like reality tv doesn’t help with those values. When filming, she said she was really confused on why certain things were happening (such as bringing up hot topics at dinner)

I’m not a fan of her by any means, but I almost feel like she would do way better on another type of TV platform…she just didn’t fit in well with this show and it seems like she didn’t want to be there. I wonder if she will be back next season.
