How does the 10% variable pay work at Deloitte USI?
Hi everyone,
I recently received an offer from Deloitte USI, and I was told that there is a 10% variable pay component in the CTC. I’m new to this concept and don’t really understand how variable pay works.
Can anyone explain:
Is the full 10% usually paid?
Does it depend on performance or company profits?
Is it paid monthly, quarterly, or yearly?
Will it be given as a lump sum amount or added to salary periodically?
Would appreciate if someone from Deloitte or anyone familiar with variable pay could explain it. Thanks!
