Why is it okay to insult short men or bald men?

It’s socially acceptable to just absolutely rip on them, if you’re short, if you’re bald as a man. Or the worst (like me) the combination of the two. What has happened in society to allow this? If you can’t take the billions of insults, you’re seen as a pussy essentially, but if you look good it never happens AND those same ppl can’t take anything If you dish insults back. Is Hollywood to blame ?

From what I’ve gathered through personal experiences and online is that if you are these things you just have to accept that you’re less..

Is getting a warehouse job difficult these days? Does it matter if you’re older?

I’m almost 44. I’m retired from the military and looking to do something and also I’d say I’d like not to die young, but anyways, worked in warehouses in my 20s, drove forklift, the whole lot, just curious if it’s rough to get into these days, especially if older ?

Is getting an apprenticeship job in your 40s likely or no chance ?

Is breaking into an HVAC career in your mid-40s feasible ? I’m retired from the military, where I worked with computers mainly, but have had many other jobs working with tools and what not, just curious if any chance to pursue ?
