Update on my Starling issue

So a few weeks ago I posted here that I was having issues with Starling in regards to the accounts held by my deceased partner.

In that time and despite phone calls, emails and DM’s on social media from both myself and my Solicitor I am still waiting for Starling to actually provide the details originally requested back in February.
