Me and my partner are going to our first ever (and hopefully last, atleast this time round) house viewing tomorrow!!

If all checks out with the property and the condition it’s in we’d like to put an offer down, can anybody help with how we do this?

But also what happens then? Offer is obvs accepted or denied, if it’s denied we will go in with higher offer but what happens when offer is accepted?

We have a mortgage advisor and a mip, a conveyancer has been contacted, life insurance has been sorted/is being sorted, I think conveyancer includes survey so that would be that checked off too

But what happens if survey comes back with big problems and house is no longer worth the original price we’d offered? The house did get taken off the market for a few weeks before the buyer dropped out so if they did a survey is there any way for us to access this?

Anything else I need to know?

My first pap is booked in for Friday the 1st, it’s currently Tuesday 28th and I’m on day 6 of my period, and I think ive given myself a yeast infection.

My periods are all over the place they can last 9+ days, and this month I was 5 days early which never ever happens so I don’t really know what to make of that and if I’ll be done by Friday

And I think I got the yeast infection when I sterilised my period cup with a sterilising tablet and forgot to rinse before I put it back in 😬🫣silly I know, I was very very desperate and in a rush (I had just dropped it in the toilet 🤣 so I was stood with tissue between my legs 🫣)

I’m sore and kinda itchy, I’m hoping if I take my cup out and soak my coochie I may be okay, so do I risk it or just rearrange?
