Vanilla extract with butter or oil?
I hate the taste of alcohol from the extract, and I don’t want the sugars from glycerin! But wondering if anyone used MCT oil, ghee or butter to infuse vanilla for baking! Or put in drinks!
I need to use a lot of vanilla extract to be satisfied and then it just gets boozy, not always good.
Will make a double fold by using 50 beans A quality (5-6oz) in 20oz of grey goose. But have another 50 beans that I wanna try something else!
