I genuinely think shifting has way less to do with “perfect methods” and way more to do with energy. People keep saying “just have intention” but honestly I feel like that’s just another way of saying you need to direct your energy properly.

One thing I noticed is that people who are SUPER emotionally invested in their DR usually shift easier or at least get way more symptoms. Like the girls who are obsessed with Draco and genuinely feel intense emotions towards Hogwarts — their energy is insanely strong because they actually want to experience it badly. That emotional energy matters a lot.

In my experience, LOA, affirmations, methods etc don’t really do much unless you’re putting real mental and physical energy into it. When I started actually giving it my full focus and effort instead of half-heartedly trying, I started getting successful results.

So yeah, I personally believe the more energy and emotion you put into shifting, the faster things start happening.
