Advice needed: ideas on a sleeve to distract from the heart shape

I have this tattoo I got when I was 18 and don’t really like the heart shape outline anymore. I’m thinking about getting a sleeve to help hide the shape of the heart preferably from wrist to elbow.

I’ve really liked the Japanese style for ages but can’t seem to decide on a motif to fit the arm and help distract from the heart. I have some references images of what I want the final piece to kinda look like but If anyone has some ideas on how they would distract from the heart in a cool way lmk!

I’m using these clippers rn cos it all I can afford but I do free cuts. Do you think I have to upgrade or is it really just a skill issue at the end of the day. They feel pretty good but I don’t have anything to compare it too is all.
