When to use fluoride mouthwash? Is midday/morning fine?

Hey all, I am super prone to cavities in between my teeth. My night routine is string floss bottom row, floss picks top row (super hard to reach top back with string floss), water floss, mouthwash, and brush.

After brushing I do spit and not rinse, but I still seem to get new mini cavity shadows whenever I go to the dentist that can still be remineralized. It is usually not at the triangle part inbetween my teeth but the higher tighter area.

So I want to incorporate a fluoride mouth wash in hopes of swishing aggressively having it reach those spots.

What time of day should I incorporate it? I hear mixed opinions from before brushing since tooth paste has more fluoride and midday for extra boost, but I thought once that bio film forms then the fluoride in between wouldn't help so midday wouldn't work well.

My dentist just didn't specify when he just said as long as I'm using a fluoride mouthwash it's fine.

Venture + VentureX Sub under 48 months valid still?

Hey all, I was wondering if I can get both the venture SUB and the ventureX SUB under 48 months.

I saw the article from 10/23/2025 but the updated one from 10/29/2025 changed it to saying we can if we started with the venture. If I opened the venture last month and want to get the venture x like 12 months from now can I get both SUBs?

Dual eSIM Question - 1st time international travel

Hey all, traveling internationally for the 1st time and it is to japan. So I am not too sure how this dual esim setup works.

My Primary US esim plan

  • Free roaming in 190+ countries including Canada & Mexico (speeds reduced at 10 GB)
  • Free international texting from the US and while abroad

Main Question - My US esim offers free roaming and texting, but if I want to buy a 2nd esim from airalo or something just for data and want that as the primary data source can I still text and stuff using my US number? Assuming I select the US sim as the default number can I set the data to the 2nd esim?

Apples websites says "One number at a time can use cellular data." Does this mean I cannot have this setup where I am texting from my US number using the 2nd esim?

Also, since both sims allow cellular data can I keep the data roaming option on for both? And should I select "Allow Cellular Data Switching"?

Never traveled internationally so I have no idea what this means, but have a Japan trip in June and planning on buying a GS.

Hear mixed opinions about whether or not to declare, but Just curious if I do declare on a $5k watch how much is the duty? It’s different from tariffs right?
