When to use fluoride mouthwash? Is midday/morning fine?
Hey all, I am super prone to cavities in between my teeth. My night routine is string floss bottom row, floss picks top row (super hard to reach top back with string floss), water floss, mouthwash, and brush.
After brushing I do spit and not rinse, but I still seem to get new mini cavity shadows whenever I go to the dentist that can still be remineralized. It is usually not at the triangle part inbetween my teeth but the higher tighter area.
So I want to incorporate a fluoride mouth wash in hopes of swishing aggressively having it reach those spots.
What time of day should I incorporate it? I hear mixed opinions from before brushing since tooth paste has more fluoride and midday for extra boost, but I thought once that bio film forms then the fluoride in between wouldn't help so midday wouldn't work well.
My dentist just didn't specify when he just said as long as I'm using a fluoride mouthwash it's fine.
