I'm super noob at cooking. I don't wan to mess this up because it's expensive. The piece of ribeye is going to be like 20 bucks. I"ve cooked steak before but its always not too good on the cast iron pan.

So Im going to try air frying. There's some youtube videos but I want to make sure.

Im going to preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees and I'll also put a wireless bluetooth thermometer in the steak to make sure I get a medium rare.

I'll put adding a good amount of salt, pepper and maybe garlic powder?

I just need some advice to make this good, I dont want to mess anything up since it'll be my only meal for today.

I've lived here sine 1995 and that side of town has always been bad. You can't just walk or ride your bike without people messing with you, throwing shit at you while they drive by or to not be accosted. Every time I walk around East Charleston and Lamb, that area, there's always a good chance people mess with you. I can't count how many times where I'm just walking minding my own business in the street and a car drives by and someone throws a plastic bottle or something at you. It's usually the young teens that do it.

Im very, very new to cooking.

Ive been making these bacon wrapped cheese jalapenos. I always end up overcooking the bacon. If I dont, the jalapenos are still kinda raw and "crunchy"

Ive tried 400 degrees in the oven, 400 in the air fryer, 370 in the air fryer, 350 in the air fryer for 15 mins, 16 mins, 20 mins, and every minute in between

I'm lucky I bought my house in 2014 and I have not seen a single scorpion inside or outside the house. I have not seen a single spider either. I think it's all luck. People I know who live in old neighborhoods, new neighborhoods, East, West, South, North.. it's like it's all random. Some have scorpions, some don't.

Do you have scorpions? How often do you come across them? My coworker's wife just woke up with a scorpion in her hair while sleeping in her bedroom upstairs. It stung her hand when she panicked and tried to swipe it off.

They tried to talk me into signing up since I already have internet with them. $115 a month for unlimited internet and mobile.

How are they? If I sign up wit them and cancel my ATT, I save a whopping $100 a month on bills.

But I don't know how good the Cox Mobile is. Like, how good is their cell phone reliability and area connection?

I've made several chicken wings already, a recipe I found of garlic parmesan on Youtube. I want to try something new. Something spicy. I've already found that 8 mins on each side is perfect for me.

Anyone got a good recipe? Something that sues chili powder or something?

I started Cox internet, and only internet (no TV or phone, etc..) for $100 a month since 2014. My data is capped at 1TB per month.

I called them up recently and the sold me on unlimited data plan and I think also a bit faster internet for $124 per month. No price increases in the future.

Am I overpaying? I know there's other internet options, but my internet NEVER goes down. I never, ever want to have internet downtime. It's all I do when I'm not at work.

I feel like other people are paying less than me for their Cox internet.

We're maintenance guys in the midwest. The maintenance guys at work are pooping their pants because this program is going to be implemented. All I hear is that there's GPS tracking on the phones and it tracks how much "work" you actually do in a day.

For the longest time, we just stand by and wait for work orders to come in. We do the work, then we go back to waiting, doing nothing. The bosses are laid back. It's been pretty easy most of the time.

Anyone here familiar with this program? I know it's popular.

I used to pay like $250 a year, then I just received one for 2026 and it's $311. 

That's a HUGE jump. 

Have you guys gotten yours already? Do we all get charged the same amount?

Does this even exist? Google sucks as a search engine now. I'm looking for a torrent that has most if not all the xbox 360 games in one torrent as an ISO or something. I've searched at TPB and 1337 torrents and got nothing.

I've bankrupted myself seeing so many doctors and specialists and have so many tests done. MRIs, CT scans, bloodwork, etc..

I have dizziness problems and panic attacks and it all started INSTANTLY like 4 years ago.

I've done vision therapy, vesibular therapy and now have microprism on my eyeglasses that cost me $700 EACH just for the lens.

I was wondering if anyone here have the same symptoms? reading on the computer, scrolling on the computer or on the phone, also movement of things in front of me. Sudden or fast head movements also make it worse.
