Fried fish: oh the pain!

My husband brought home a rare treat: fried fish. I've been on semaglutide for a month.

I haven't been this sick since having food poisoning in college.

Thankfully I have zofran and phazym on hand. First dose didn't exactly get the opportunity to work, but taking another round. Sipping an electrolyte drink.

No more fried foods, friends. Take it from me.

One month on semaglutide

I just hit my one month mark on semaglutide (through pomhealth and Hallandale Pharmacy).

Starting weight: 209.2.

Today: 198.4

I'll stay on the small starter dose of .2 for another month, then will decide if I need to titrate up or not.

The first week was such a learning experience of figuring out what my body was trying to tell me!

As for exercise, that's a really hard one for me. I've had 49 surgeries and a permanent lifting restriction of three pounds. I'm doing the best I can, which has basically been stretching, walking, and lifting a can of corn in each hand (hey it works and keeps me within my restrictions limit).
